Cartridge Filter Housings

Cartridge filter housings are manufactured from polypropylene, polyethylene, or PVDF, depending on the application, temperature, and medium. They are available in various lengths and can accommodate up to 120 filter cartridges. Special customer requirements can be accommodated. The filter housings are compatible with a variety of filter adaptors, including DOE, C2, C3, C7, and C8.

Bag Filter Housings / Strainers

Standard sizes 1, 2, 3, and 4, or custom-specified sizes, can be configured into multiple units. Multi-bag housings are also available as an option, with a maximum capacity of 14 size 2 filter bags in a single housing. Special customer requirements can be accommodated. The wide variety of filter bags, in terms of material and filtration ratings, offers a cost-effective solution for numerous applications. Strainers are available in various designs and capacities, ideal for pre-filtration, such as for cooling water, featuring a removable basket for easy cleaning. Perforations start from 3 mm.

High Flow

The demand for high flow elements is fast growing because of the many advantages against other filtration systems. LFS makes high flow housings suitable for all commercial available elements so the customer is not dependend of a specific supplier. Together with the customer LFS searches for the right application and construction of the filter housing.

Specials

One of the strongest sides of LFS is the flexability in making filter housings entirely to customer specifications. This may be a small alteration as e.g. different positions of connections or a complete new design based on the local situation. For this we use a 3D drawing program for a better visualisation.

Skid-unit stack highflow filterhousings

A modular system for replacing elements during the process. The system has electronic controlled valves for easy operation.

Skid-unit stack filterhousings

A simple solution to replace a complete filter pack. The dirty pack has a weight of approx. 120 kg. To remove the pack a lift construction was developed.

Special vacuum PP filterhousing

A stainless steel filter housing was used as an example for a plastic housing. Stainless steel was not suitable because of the chemical properties of the medium. The housing must both withstand an overpressure of 10 bar and an absolute vacuum.
